So much! Wineries, restaurants, beaches, shopping. We are a 4 and 6-minute drive from the two closest beaches and walking distance from the local hot spot, Sophie’s. We will leave a comprehensive list of our favorite spots upon your arrival.

We allow pets on a case-by-case basis.

We will provide all linens, bath and pool towels and amenities to get you started (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, bath products) as well as basics for the kitchen. For longer stays, you may need to re-up supplies. If you need it, we will probably have it at the house. Just ask!

There are 6 pool chairs and two umbrellas. We also supply beach towels at the house!

Kid-friendly pool fence will be going in March 2nd ‘24!

We have pretty much everything for babies and toddlers as our children are 3.5 and 1. Prior to your stay, we will touch base to go over everything available at the house so that you can pack as litle as possible!

Only guests who are staying for 14 nights or more can obtain a beach permit from the town. Without a permit, you can chance it by parking further from the beach (but you will assume the risk of getting a ticket).
Who we are
A family of 4 from Brooklyn who wanted a comfy escape from the city and from constantly schlepping kid stuff. When you step inside, we hope you can forget about the world for a bit and stop and smell the grapes (it’s the North Fork, after all).

Pricing
Pricing is seasonal and may vary depending on number of guests (standard pricing below for 8 guests +75/guest per night applies after 8 guests), group and holidays. Summer rentals are subject to a 7-night minimum and must be booked from Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun although there may be flexibility!
All stays will require an additional $350-500 for cleaning and a $500 (fully refundable) security deposit that are subject to change depending on number of guests and pets.

“Such a beautiful house to get away in the heart of the North Fork! The house is immaculate, the beds / sheets are comfortable, and everything is clean, updated, and beautiful! The house is stocked with anything you might need - kitchen supplies, cooking supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.
The house sleeps 12 people and each room is better than the next! All rooms are great sizes with closets and comfy beds. The master bedroom has its own bathroom - huge bonus!! The basement is unreal!! It is another hang out area with 5 additional beds. It is so comfy and cozy down there.
The backyard is huge and beautiful! Fun to sit out back, relax, and have some wine! The house is in a perfect location! 4 minute drive to some of the best wineries! About 10 minute drive into the town of greenport. The owner Niki is the best! She is kind, generous, helpful, and easy to reach!
She makes renting comfortable and relaxing. If you need anything she is a phone call/ text away and answers immediately. Niki also gives great recommendations of things you can do in Greenport! I highly recommend renting Niki’s beautiful home! You will have the best time and will want to immediately go back! Thank you Niki :)

“Niki and Jared's beautiful Southold home is the absolute perfect escape for any length of time. Every single detail of their home is so well thought out and comfortable. Summer and winter bring different vibes, but both idyllic.
The backyard is massive and beautiful, and the pool is the best place to spend your summer days. The basement is a kid's PARADISE. The only bad part about it is that my kids will always wonder why they don't get to play down there every day!
It's close to everything you could need: only a few minutes drive to tons of wineries, and another short drive into Greenport where you can find great restaurants and shopping.
They also went above and beyond to ensure that we had absolutely everything we needed. Such warm, wonderful people - exactly the people whose home you want to spend time in. We love this home so, so much and plan to return many times!”

“We are obsessed with this gem in Southold! The pool was absolute heaven, and it was incredibly kid-friendly with plenty of space for our little ones to play and explore. The house was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. This house had everything we could ask for and more, and is in the perfect location if you want to explore the wineries and fun restaurants that the area has to offer. .
